Vegetables & Fruits for Healthy Skin

Everyone knows that eating vegetables and fruits are very beneficial for health. Routine mengasup vegetables and fruits can strengthen the heart and helps prevent cancer. But there are new findings which say that vegetables and fruits can also reflect the health of a person's face.


A new study from the UK to focus on appearance revealed that eating brightly colored vegetables and fruits that lead to skin color makes a person more attractive. Two months from the dominance of the diet these foods to enhance the color of skin could provide "visible results". So that was quoted from Genius Beauty, Friday (01/14/2011).

The researchers explain, that fruits are very colorful and vegetables containing yellow pigments known as carotenoids which give the skin a yellowish light. Rona is well related to health, because it is considered as very interesting.
